I’m a walking billboard of health!I wish I did have a before and after picture but I really don’t!
It wasn’t anything I planned to do… I just started walking one day and marking each day off on the calendar until I felt like I had established a walking habit. I cut back on junk food, and drank my Appetizer Diet® Shakes twice a day with Appetizer Diet® Cookies or fruit in-between.
My one meal is anything I want within reason and colorful. On Sundays I go off the shakes, cookies and walking to give my body a rest. I eat 3 meals within reason and even a desert if I think I really want it, however last week when I had a sweet it made me sick. That tells me I’m getting more healthy and sugar is not good for me, and not much of a temptation any more.
I’m also big on my supplements and I take them faithfully everyday. I also try and get plenty of sleep. I don’t count calories, or carbohydrates, or journal everything I eat. I’ve counted calories and carbs before, and it’s nothing that I want to do for the rest of my life. I just started working out with weights so I don’t weigh myself anymore because we know muscle weighs more than fat.
I feel great, people say I look great and I’m only going to get better! I’m the mom of seven adult kids and I’m 52 yrs old. Goes to show you the power of the mind, great products, and a healthy love of self!
